Hacienda Guzmán dedicates its activity to disseminate the olive oil culture so that the product that gives meaning to its existence is valued, so that trades related to olive oil are not abandoned, to avoid depopulation and to promote local development around a product. The Juan Ramón Guillén Foundation, generates this series of actions whose profit is entirely destined to develop programs of the Foundation. Together with the organic cultivation of the farm and all the investment in dissemination, it is the way that the owner family has to thank their land for a whole life trajectory, to bring the culture of olive oil, a pillar of our gastronomy and the Mediterranean diet.
