El paseo por la hacienda te transportará hasta el siglo XVI, cuando Hernando, hijo de Cristóbal Colón, comenzó a exportar a América el aceite producido en la propiedad en la etapa posterior al Descubrimiento. Durante el recorrido, comprobarás cómo se obtenía el aceite de oliva en la antigüedad y cómo se produce actualmente, al tiempo que aprenderás a identificar las características de un aceite de oliva virgen extra y su calidad.

The tour includes a visit to the olive library, a unique collection of more than 150 varieties of olive trees from 13 countries, including Greece, Albania, Syria and Mexico, reflecting the diversity of olive groves worldwide, and the HG R&D Center and mill, where Hacienda Guzmán extra virgin olive oil is produced.

The experience is completed with a visit to the three historic courtyards, the carriage museum and the Andalusian garden, which surrounds the main façade, immortalized by the romantic writer Richard Ford during his stay at the hacienda.
