Just 15 minutes from the Seville train station and 10 minutes from the airport, Hacienda Guzman stands majestically in the heart of Andalusia, surrounded by 340 hectares of organic olive groves of manzanilla, hojiblanca and arbequina varieties. Visitors take a trip back in time to discover the old 17th century mill, with a spectacular 15-meter mahogany press, which shows the traditional method of production used between the 16th and 19th centuries. This historical legacy contrasts with the current meticulous process, which begins with the manual selection of the best olives and culminates in the small oil mill, where one of the most renowned premium oils in the world is produced: HG.

The tour includes a visit to the olive library, a unique collection with more than 150 varieties of olive trees from 13 countries, including Greece, Albania, Syria and Mexico, reflecting the diversity of the olive grove worldwide. The experience is completed with a visit to the three historic courtyards, the carriage museum and the Andalusian garden, which surrounds the main façade, immortalized by the romantic writer Richard Ford during his stay at the estate.

As a final touch, visitors enjoy a guided tasting of the four HG extra virgin olive oil references, produced on the farm itself, where they learn to appreciate the nuances that differentiate each variety.
