A journey through the senses is not complete without exploring the intimate connection between wine and the land that nourishes it. It is a silent dialogue, an explosion of flavors that takes place when wine meets the products that complement it.
We invite you to discover three unique pairing experiences, three temples of flavor where grape varieties merge with tradition. From the sweetness of chocolate in Rioja to the intensity of Galician cheeses and the purity of olive oil, each sip and each mouthful tells the story of an area.
Marqués de Cáceres in Rioja: a sweet contrast of wine and chocolate
Marqués de Cáceres is more than a winery; it is the result of a promise come true. It was in 1970 when Enrique Forner, Marqués de Cáceres, decided to implement his vision in La Rioja after years of apprenticeship in French exile. Inspired by the model of the famous French châteaux, Forner sought to produce wines that would combine elegance and structure, always respecting the vineyard and its natural environment.
Here, every moment is tailor-made for you, so that you can experience a unique encounter with the unexpected sweetness of a pairing between their wines and chocolate. This contrast, carefully taken care of down to the smallest detail, turns your visit into a sensory journey between contrasts.
Marqués de Cáceres offers you to experience a tasting pairing of its great wines with the exclusive premium chocolates of Jeff de Bruges. The visit includes a tour of the Ágora space, where you will discover the perfect union between tradition and modernity, followed by an exclusive walk through the winery. Finally, it culminates with a paired tasting with Jeff de Bruges premium chocolates.
Far from being a usual combination, this pairing reveals itself as a discovery, a game of contrasts where the acidity and fruity notes of the verdejo blend with the intensity and bitterness of the purest cocoa. It is a sensory experience that elevates both products, proving that the most unexpected harmonies are often the most outstanding.

Pazo San Mauro: an indescribable pleasure
We now travel north, to the banks of the Miño River, where the morning mist envelops the vineyards of Pazo San Mauro. This historic winery, housed in a 16th century manor house, is an absolute pleasure for the retina.
In the heart of Tea County, the charm of this place starts from the moment the bougainvilleas frame its manor house and chapel. Surrounded by thirty hectares of terraced vineyards, each corner of this historic estate is an even better experience than the last.
You won't know if you are more impressed by enjoying a tasting on its elegant terrace with views or delighting in an Albariño next to the private river beach that caresses the border with Portugal. Pazo de San Mauro is a place where good taste, attention to detail and passion for exceeding the expectations of each visitor are perceived at every moment.
Its vineyards, planted on terraces that descend towards the river, receive an Atlantic influence that gives its wines an unmistakable salinity and freshness. In this indescribably beautiful setting, Pazo San Mauro offers a pairing that is a tribute to its land: a tasting of its best Albariños with a selection of authentic Galician cheeses. Each one of them, carefully chosen for their pairing potential.
The experience is a profound journey to the roots of Galicia. After touring the historic gardens and centuries-old vines, you will enter a tasting where each cheese tells a story. From the creaminess of a Tetilla to the powerful, aged character of a smoked San Simón da Costa, each piece is a gastronomic treasure. The winery's sommeliers will guide you to discover how the vibrant acidity and floral notes of Pazo San Mauro's Albariño cleanse the palate and enhance the lactic and complex nuances of the cheeses. This pairing with Galician cheeses is not just a tasting, it is a celebration of the culture, landscape and know-how of a unique region.
A visit to this enclave is a true gift for the senses and, when paired with the tasting of its exquisite products, it becomes an unforgettable experience that can only be understood when it is lived.
Emina Rueda: verdejo and olive oil
We return to the Rueda D.O. for our last stop, in a place where the culture of wine and olive oil converge in a masterful way: Emina Rueda Winery.
Emina Rueda is a winery where naturalness, innovation and proximity are its forte. A walk through its manicured gardens, surrounded by unique landscapes, invites you to disconnect and connect with the essential. The experience is further enhanced with a tasting of its exclusive olive oils among the olive trees of the Oliduero mill, an environment that exudes tranquility and authenticity.
This project, which combines innovation and sustainability, has created a pairing experience deeply rooted in the Castilian terroir. The proposal is as original as it is delicious: a tasting of its expressive Verdejo wines paired with the purity and character of Oliduero oil, an extra virgin olive oil produced in the same region.
Wines and oils come together in this special tasting of Rueda wines and extra virgin olive oils. A combined visit where it is possible to visit the Oliduero olive mill, and taste the extra virgin olive oils that are produced with our own olive trees in the provinces of Valladolid and Zamora.
The experience begins in the winery, immersing oneself in the world of the Verdejo variety, the true protagonist of this wine tourism proposal. Afterwards, the visit moves to the Oliduero mill, where olives from the winery's own olive groves take over. The tour of the mill allows visitors to explore the different stages and spaces that make up the Oliduero oil production process, a sign of commitment to tradition and sustainability.

Finally, the most awaited moment comes with the tasting in which two Verdejo white wines and Oliduero extra virgin olive oil will be tasted. The smoothness of the olive oil balances the freshness of the Verdejo, while the bitter notes of the oil highlight the fennel and stone fruit aromas of the wine - a combination that guarantees an unforgettable sensory experience.
The hospitality and warmth of its staff make every visitor feel at home, as if they have been waiting for you.
