The preservation and dissemination of heritage are among the objectives promoted by the Osborne Foundation, which is why it is launching this cultural and gastronomic initiative for the first time, allowing travelers and locals alike to discover the legacy that the Osborne Bull company preserves at its facilities in El Puerto de Santa María. Guided by experts in the treatment of documentary and artistic heritage, visitors will be able to explore the Toro Gallery and the Osborne Group Archive, accessing the historical and advertising collections. Documents from the mid-17th century to the present day tell the story of Osborne, Jerez, and the importance of Cádiz in trade. The visit will end with a lunch/tasting pairing in the reserved area of Toro Tapas.
