In this experience, you will learn how to prepare Galicia's most iconic dishes with your own hands, using fresh, local ingredients. Guided by Rocío Garrido, an expert chef in Galician cuisine in Rías Baixas, you will discover culinary secrets that will connect you with the essence of this land, steeped in history, sea, and passion.
A workshop that culminates in tasting your creations, a special moment for the senses in which each bite, accompanied by our wines, celebrates the richness of our tradition.

- Welcome to our winery

Experience for private groups of 4 to 10 people Please inform us of any food intolerances The visits are for adults only. Minors accompanying visitors may enter the facilities and wait for the duration of the visit. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Cancellation policy: Bodegas Mar de Frades will not refund the amount of the visits purchased in this reservation center if it is the visitor himself who communicates the cancellation of the visit for any reason. However, the winery will provide the user with the possibility of using these tickets within 6 months from the initial date of the visit purchased. To do so, they must contact the winery to communicate the cancellation and request another date availability.
