Hoy cuenta con la planta desalcoholizadora más grande del mundo. Está íntimamente ligada a la investigación y elabora vinos sin alcohol y de baja graduación a partir de vinos elaborados con uvas de las variedades verdejo y tempranillo, para conseguir la más amplia variedad de vino sin alcohol del mercado. Es una visita interesante y recomendable para descubrir los vinos sin alcohol.</p>

Bodega Win Sin Alcohol has managed to put on the market a quality offer that allows the enjoyment of wine in a responsible and healthy way and is based on the values of sustainability (it has achieved a 43% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions), innovation, quality and inclusiveness. Win promotes R&D&I in rural areas, thus promoting scientific and technological knowledge outside large urban centers. In addition, Win, as a collaborator of Matarromera's Carlos Moro Foundation, plays an essential role in the rural development of the region.
